DATA DELETION POLICY

While most personal data will be deleted, certain data—such as trip records, location history, or other transaction-related information—may be retained for legal, regulatory, or operational needs.

Please note that deleting your information may limit or prevent us from delivering Services previously offered.

RESTRICTED CONDUCT

Under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or storing content that:

• Belongs to someone else without permission.
• Is obscene, defamatory, invasive of privacy, abusive, or unlawful.
• Harms children or promotes activities like gambling or money laundering.
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights.
